Job Description Job Description Miami, FL (Metro Zoo / Country Walk area) Onsite – Daily $80,000 base salary 10% bonus About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing team in Miami. This is an in-person role supporting financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. The business is expanding rapidly—bringing increased reporting standards, new financial tools, and more complex analysis needs. Key Responsibilities Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives Create and enhance automated reporting tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy Evaluate historical and current financial performance to assess overall business health Design and maintain budget and forecasting tools to support new business launches Extract and analyze data from internal systems and integrate it into accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks) Research industry trends, market conditions, and competitive benchmarks Analyze capital expenditures, asset depreciation, and return on investment (ROI) Partner cross-functionally to support business planning and performance tracking Present financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics , or related field (Master’s or CFA a plus) 2–6 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles Advanced Excel skills required (beyond pivot tables and VLOOKUPs; macros, advanced formulas, and automation strongly preferred) Power BI experience required Experience working with ERP/accounting systems (QuickBooks experience required; MS Dynamics exposure a plus) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with leadership Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment Nice to Have Exposure to AI tools or automation in finance and reporting Experience supporting leadership teams or regional operations
