Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Project
Manager to join a high-end general contractor specializing in the
construction of luxury homes and apartments across Miami. This role
offers the opportunity to work on exclusive residential projects
while supporting senior leadership and driving successful project
execution. Client Details Our client is a well-established general
contractor with a strong reputation for building custom luxury
homes and upscale multifamily residences throughout South Florida.

Description Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of
residential construction projects from pre-construction through
close-out. Help coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site
personnel to ensure schedule, quality, and safety expectations are
met. Maintain up-to-date project documentation including RFIs,
submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes. Support with
budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement. Participate in client
meetings, inspections, and quality control checks. Monitor project
progress and assist in resolving any field-related issues promptly.
Profile 2-5 years of experience in residential construction,
ideally within the luxury custom home or multifamily sector.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or
related field preferred. Proficient in construction software such
as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam. Strong organizational
skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a
fast-paced environment. A team player with excellent communication
and problem-solving abilities. Job Offer Competitive base salary
ranging from $75,000-$90,000 depending on experience. Annual
