The Senior Product Management Leader provides technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of leading SaaS clinical and business intelligence products and solutions. The leader will build and develop a product management organization including nearshore teams, architecture, UX, product marketing and product managers and go-to-market teams. The leader will produce strategic market analysis, competitive research, and a compelling product vision and roadmap. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for managing full lifecycle of products and all aspects of the product lifecycle, from vision through delivery through customer adoption.Understand customer and market needs to build compelling product roadmap - incorporate reliability, redundancy, security, performance, and ease of use into design.Identify and develop strategic customer relationships to obtain feedback on existing products, new market problems, and establish requirements for emerging productsManages, develops and leverages talented internal and external teams ultimately responsible for accelerating the organization's reputation as a clinical SaaS solutionCollaborate with marketing, and sales leadership to establish the go-to market strategy, target prospective customers, and highlight competitive differentiatorAssesses infrastructure and technology-related risks and establishes mitigative measures.Oversees the use of various platforms to deliver a more streamlined user experience.Develops, tracks, and controls the IT annual operating and capital budgets.
