Job Description:

Juno Beach, Florida onsite 3-4 days a week. Open to travelers that will travel to Juno Beach, FL bi-weekly.Act as your clients' trusted advisor in leading the overall vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for specific digital products within an engagement. The Senior Product Manager will be aligned to a specific commodity (Power, Gas, or Environmental Products) and/or a specific functional area (front, middle, or back office). You will collaborate with clients undertaking major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) engagements to understand their business, end-customer needs, and deliver value through fast increment cycles.Your Impact:

• Partner with clients, strategists, experience leads, and architects to define business goals and value pools, shaping product propositions that deliver transformative outcomes and improved customer experience.
• Develop product vision and strategy, conduct market/user research, keeping the customer at the center while utilizing design thinking tools.
• Represent clients in ideation workshops with cross-functional leaders to identify new ideas, customer needs, pain points, and solution options.
• Develop solution hypotheses iteratively based on user research, industry, and market trend analysis.
• Establish customer journey maps to guide product development and validate findings through user testing.
• Translate product vision into a roadmap with well-defined, prioritized features to realize the vision and value.RequirementsRequired skills:

• Experience with Open Link Endur V16 & Higher
• Understanding of different Market Managers in Endur
• Good understanding of Crude & Refined products business
• Energy trading and risk management, especially Oil Trading & scheduling
• In-depth knowledge of derivatives instruments (Futures, swaps, options, etc.) covering US and Europe markets
• Planning, delivery, and assurance of workstream deliverables
• Managing scope and design, assessing risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impacts
• Point of escalation for issues within your workstream
• Coaching and mentoring the business analysis team
• Innovative problem-solving and opportunity identification
• Stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with Deal Modelling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and reporting within Endur
• Experience with PnL & Exposure reports & simulationsGood to Have:
  • Ability to understand business needs and convert them into functional requirements, solution design, and testing
  • Experience working with Traders, Operations, and Market Risk groups for new business/product setup and modeling
  • Experience collaborating with offshore technical teams and providing guidance
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
