Actively participates in the BHSF Medication Safety and Quality Committee and corresponding initiatives.Qualifications Degrees: Bachelors Licenses Certifications: Registered Pharmacist Additional Qualifications: BS in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). Florida Board of Pharmacy License (or eligible)Residency training highly desirable. Experience and/or formalize training in medication safety and quality/performance improvement highly desirable.
