JOB SUMMARY

• Perform exposure testing of materials in an ISO accredited laboratory
• Ensure continuity of testing, maintain records and ensure secure custody of test specimensDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  Process test specimens into the test laboratoryUnpack new tests and prepare initial documentationIdentify test specimens with unique markingCreate test documentationMount and expose the tests specimens into the test chamberMaintain log sheetsWork with a daily calendar to perform scheduled tasksPerform evaluations and create progress reportsKeep customer updated as necessary regarding test statusDigital photography of test specimensSKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  Bachelor's degree preferredPrevious lab experience requiredScience related degree preferredCritical problem solving skillsSelf-motivatedPossess solid time management skillsClear and understandable writing skills in EnglishProfessional demeanor, organized and reliablePossess a strong work ethic and willingness to learnResults driven attitudeAbility to excel in a fast paced environmentProficient computer skills -- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and othersINTER-RELATIONSHIPS

  • Will be working with senior lab technicians to expose tests and to perform other services as necessary
