We’re seeking a Registered Nurse Manager to lead our Labor and Delivery and Postnatal Units in delivering exceptional, family-centered care. As our L&D Nurse Manager , you’ll: Lead and coordinate Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Nursery departments Manage daily operations, staffing (27 FTEs), and regulatory compliance (TJC, AHCA, CMS, etc.) Support up to 1,500 annual births and a 20-bed Postpartum unit Collaborate with hospital administration to align clinical performance and financial goals Mentor and manage team performance while fostering a culture of safety and excellence What You Bring: Current Florida RN license or Compact Licensure (as per state guidelines) Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Minimum 1 year of L&D Nurse Manager experience Certifications (can be completed after hire if not current): BLS & ACLS (within 30 days) NRP (within 90 days) STABLE & Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or Advanced) (within 60 months) Why Join Us?
