Job Description Delray Beach, FL Primary Care Opportunity - Outpatient Only Option CLIENT HAS 2 OPTIONS. TRADITIONAL WITH SOME INPATIENT WORK OR STRICTLY OUTPATIENT Outpatient option will USE HOSPITALISTS! Details below are for traditional, basically same for outpatient but no rounding, admitting,etc. Join a practice established about 13 years ago! Extremely busy 5 person group Very well marketed Office is 4500 square feet with own in house lab Employed position with option to buy into the practice down the road Looking for a hardworking physician motivated to help continue to build the practice! See about 4-6 pts/ day in hospital and 18-22 pts/day in office. Office gets 75-100 new patients/ month and the new physician will get the majority of those and will share those new patients with one of the other newer physicians! Base salary expected about 180k plus an incentive plan to be discussed with client Full benefits package including 401k with 3% matching, FL Blue and dental plan Shared call schedule (expected about 1:4 or 1:5) plus option for in house moonlighting also
