LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Weston, Florida. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Liver or Transplant care to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients undergoing liver or transplant-related treatments. Key Responsibilities - Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Liver/Transplant unit. - Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and evaluate responses to treatment. - Administer medications, IV therapies, and other prescribed treatments. - Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. - Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and recovery processes. - Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC electronic medical record system. - Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of direct Liver/Transplant nursing experience OR Registered Nurse experience. - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific as required). - Strong clinical, critical thinking, and patient care skills. Required Certifications - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required at the time of submission. - BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required at the time of submission. - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) – Must be obtained prior to start date.
