Job Description About Expecting Together Expecting Together is reimagining how families prepare for pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. We combine nurse-led education with intentional, in-person community building so parents feel confident, supported, and deeply connected. After building strong momentum in Chicago, we are launching in Miami. This role represents our first clinical hire in the city , working closely alongside local leadership to bring our model to life. The Opportunity You will be responsible for delivering exceptional cohort experiences and setting the clinical tone and standard of care for Expecting Together in Miami. You’ll receive robust training from our Chicago playbook, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring families in Miami have the same high-quality, deeply human experience. Think of this as the clinician who helps define what Expecting Together feels like on the ground from day one. What You’ll Do Facilitate intimate, expert-led cohorts of 8 to 12 couples Teach evidence-based content across fertility, pregnancy, labor and delivery, postpartum recovery, newborn care, feeding, mental health, and early parenthood Create a warm, inclusive, high-trust environment where parents feel seen and supported Actively foster connection between families and help build lasting community within each cohort Serve as the clinical lead in Miami , setting the tone for how we show up for families Support the training and onboarding of additional clinicians as the Miami team grows Uphold and help refine curriculum based on real-time cohort feedback Partner with the founding team to ensure consistency with the Expecting Together experience What We’re Looking For Active RN, NP, CNM, or equivalent licensure 5 years bedside experience in labor and delivery, postpartum, women’s health, fertility, NICU, PICU, pediatrics, or related fields Strong facilitator who can guide discussion and build connection, not just lecture High energy and comfortable leading dynamic, interactive groups Deep passion for family health, education, and community building Comfortable stepping into a clinical leadership role and modeling best-in-class facilitation Excited to mentor and support other clinicians as we expand locally A belief that connection is a core component of care What We Offer Flexible commitment: teach 1 to 2 cohorts per month or scale based on availability Competitive compensation Performance-based bonus opportunities Additional incentives tied to continuity and long-term engagement Paid work-from-home hours for preparation, collaboration, and digital education Evening and weekend scheduling options Small group, high-touch settings designed for real human interaction The opportunity to be a foundational clinical voice in a new market Why This Role Matters Expecting Together is building a trusted, community-first model of care for modern families.
