Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites applications for the position of Physical
Therapist PRN in our dynamic Healthcare & Medical Services team.
This role focuses on delivering therapeutic physical therapies in a
personalized patient-centric environment, adhering to the highest
standards of medical care. The PRN schedule offers flexibility to
accommodate the fluctuating needs of our healthcare facilities
while ensuring continued patient care excellence. Perform and
document initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
Establish a plan of care which is appropriate to problems
identified and involves the patient/family. Implement and modify
the physical therapy intervention strategies Assess the
effectiveness of treatments and adjust interventions to achieve
maximum benefit. Ensure all documentation is compliant with
specific standards and regulations. Proven ability to implement
physical therapy treatment programs. Excellent patient management
skills. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work
flexibly across multiple facilities. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state
licensure as a Physical Therapist CPR/BLS Certification
preferred
