Job Description A healthcare company in Florida is actively seeking a licensed Family Medicine Physician in Miami. In this role, the Family Medicine Physician will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare to a diverse patient population, including pediatrics and adults. About the Opportunity: Shift: Day Schedule: Monday to Friday (Tuesdays off) Hours: 8am to 5pm (first patient at 8:30am and last at 4:30pm) Setting: Outpatient Clinic Responsibilities: Providing primary care to pediatric and adult patients Performing newborn and well-baby rounds weekly Managing patient care on scheduled clinic days Participating in a call schedule, including 20 weekends per year Collaborating with nurse practitioners and support staff Qualifications: Open to new graduates in 2026 Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Florida Proficient in Spanish Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented Empathetic and patient-focused Adaptable and flexible Desired Skills: Family Medicine Board Eligible/Certified Proficient in patient record systems
