cold calling!RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
- Work closely with department managers to develop appointment
setting strategies
- Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
- Answer customer inquiries and calls
- Manage and track all leads
- Manage day-to-day business of the business development
center
- Provide training and ongoing support to the business
development representatives to help the team understand and achieve
the dealership's goalsREQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication, organization, time management, computer
and basic math skills
- Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on
goals
- Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to
