mentorship in a specialized practice area. Key Responsibilities
Support attorneys in yacht purchase and sale transactions,
including documentation, closing coordination, and management of
transaction workflow Maintain and organize transactional document
indexes, ensuring accuracy, version control, and proper filing
Draft, compile, and finalize transaction documents and closing sets
Coordinate and maintain files across multiple matters
simultaneously Collaborate with attorneys on maritime and related
corporate matters Provide limited litigation support, including
trial preparation and deposition assistance, when needed Work
efficiently within a high-detail, highly organized, team-oriented
environment Requirements 1-5 years of paralegal experience Strong
corporate transactional experience is preferred Experience managing
complex transaction checklists and document sets Maritime
experience is a plus Commercial litigation experience is a plus
Highly organized, detail-driven, proactive, and capable of managing
evolving transactional processes Strong communication and teamwork
