Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery and pick-up of parts and materials within our warehouse and to various locations. This position requires strong customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, the ability to handle heavy lifting and moving tasks AND EXPERIENCE IN HVAC, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL TRADES. Duties will include: • Review scheduled jobs for upcoming day • Track Special Order items and confirm delivery ETA • Communicate material availability with Dispatch and / or service managers • Create , assign , and approve purchase orders ( PO ) for jobs , warehouse / truck stock to ensure true and instant job costing Reorder truck stock based on usage reports or technician requests • Order warehouse replenishment stock for high - turnover items Confirm order receipts and follow up with vendors on backorders or delays Maintain vendor contact list and pricing sheets Inventory Management Check critical stock levels daily • Perform cycle counts on rotating product categories • Log all Incoming / outgoing inventory in Service Titan • Flag Discrepancies Warehouse Organization • Ensure tools are properly labeled and stored • Reorganize shelves if needed to maintain efficient layout • Ensure all material is allocated to proper bin numbers Technician Support Ensure each tech has job materials ready before dispatch • Respond quickly to part requests during the workday • Arrange urgent part deliveries to job sites if needed Communicate clearly with techs about part availability or delays Who We Are We keep on growing because we only hire the best, and our customers love us for it. What you will do: Deliver parts, equipment, and materials to HVAC technicians at job sites in a timely and efficient manner. Pick up parts from various vendors and suppliers. Accurately track and record all parts and materials delivered. Assist with warehouse inventory management, including stocking and organizing. Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle. Communicate effectively with technicians, vendors, and the dispatch team. What we are looking for: A Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is required. Able to drive a box truck Reliability: You must be prompt, dependable, and a safe driver. Organizational Skills: A keen eye for detail and the ability to keep accurate records. Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift and carry materials up to [e.g., 50] pounds. Positive Attitude: A customer service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills. Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local area is a plus.
