This position will have a direct impact on our success by providing qualifying prospects from lead status into the sales pipeline. This role will act as a layer between marketing and sales - handle all first contact with new clients and build relationships through marketing activity - video, campaigns, email, text, etc. The goal of a Business Development Representative is to take a lead from a marketing campaign, qualify the lead through opportunity discovery, set an on-site appointment with a Product Specialist, and follow through until a new or used vehicle is delivered.As a Business Development Specialist, you're highly skilled at uncovering customers' needs, then following through with enlightening solutions. Not only are you the first person customers interact with when contacting our store, but you're also the person who guides them - advising, and even setting up their new products.What We Offer:

  • Greet and guide clients as they appear on the Store Data Base to proceed into the sales process.
  • Oversee incoming phone and Internet leads for sales department
  • Follow up on sold and unsold visits
  • Provided Trust and customer service environment to every visit
  • Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs
  • Assist clients to identify a vehicle that fulfills their wants and needs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new products, features, and accessories
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to the client
  • Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational feature
  • Daily follow up using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
  • Meet or exceed daily activity and performance goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management team
  • Enhance dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Qualifications:
