Job Description:
Job Description We are in need of an Invoicing Specialist to
begin work immediately. Our ideal candidate will be professional,
must have great communication skills, and be highly organized and
dependable. Must have a very high level of honesty and integrity.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for our accounts
receivables, accounts payable and creating invoices and financial
reports. What we are looking for: Strong math skills Accounting or
billing experience. Adept at the use Microsoft Office (Excel) and
in performing manual financial calculations is a must Ability to
interact with customers over the telephone or through written
e-mails professionally Attention to detail with the ability to
organize and prioritize workflow in a timely matter a must
