Responsibilities may include bartending or serving during live theatrical or other public events and/or bar-back in support of the operations of all points of sale. Successful candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced service environment, working well under pressure. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages Interact with customers, and provide food, snack, and beverage service Prepare cocktails Proper cash handling including, taking orders, accepting payments, handling cash, debit and credit cards Operating and balancing point of sale systems Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Provide an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace Qualifications Minimum 1 year food and beverage experience Knowledge of service best practices Computer literacy Excellent verbal skills; second language will be considered a plus Neat appearance and positive attitude Relevant training certificate a plus May also be needed to lift up to 50 lbs. Standing, stooping, and bending for long periods of time Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
