Job Description:

*CT Technician - Full Time or Part time- Imaging and Diagnostic Center****Location: *Miami, FL*Schedule: *Monday - Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. (Full Time) OR Option to work 2 to 3 out of 5 days of the week. No weekends required.*Pay Range:* $35- $40 hourly*Position Overview:* We are seeking a qualified CT Technician to join our diagnostic office team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating computerized tomography (CT) equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' internal organs and tissues. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in starting IVs.*Key Responsibilities:** Perform CT scans on patients according to established protocols and procedures.* Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.* Position patients correctly and operate CT equipment to obtain diagnostic images.* Administer contrast materials as required and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.* Collaborate with radiologists and other medical professionals to interpret and analyze imaging results.* Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the CT scanning area.* Provide assistance and support to patients as needed throughout the imaging process.* Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines governing medical imaging procedures.*Education and Experience Requirements:** Associate degree or higher in radiologic technology or a related field from an accredited program.* ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT imaging.* State licensure or certification as a radiologic technologist.* 2-5 years of experience in CT imaging.* Experience in starting IVs on both adults and children.*Preferred Skills:** Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.Interested and want to learn more?
