Compensation: 20-30 hr

Supply Chain Data Coordinator

Job Description: Collect data, upload, update and maintain proprietary data base management system, included Forecast data .
Standardize, create, manage and provide weekly reports and analysis of the business results to Sales and Supply Chain teams, as well as our customers.
Generate data visualizations to support our business operations.
Coordinate with supporting functions across the organization, including finance and other business units, as necessary to drive team goals.
Must possess an analytical mind, be suited to following set processes, multi-tasking and delivering to tight schedules.
Other assignments as needed.

Skillset / Experience: 1-2 years' experience in data analysis role
Good communication skills
Ability to effectively present information and respond to question from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues
Advanced excel required
Bi-Lingual: English/Spanish
