Contribute to business growth and retention by addressing client risk improvement needs, demonstrating a high understanding of client business, risk, and risk profile. Establish and execute project plans aligned with revenue goals and budgets, showcasing improvements through metrics and stakeholder communication, including success stories. Support growth strategies by integrating frameworks into client interactions to differentiate Gallagher, retain clients, and expand existing accounts through efficient, cost-effective service delivery. Manage renewals proactively to leverage Gallagher products and services, providing high-quality risk solutions. Engage actively in Account Planning Services (APS), working groups, and strategic reviews, contributing to growth and continuous improvement initiatives.About YouRequired: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5 years of related experience in Safety, Risk, or Insurance. Ability to obtain necessary licenses in all applicable states. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Moderate travel, including overnight stays. Ability to work outside normal hours and on varied customer properties, including negotiating access, climbing, lifting, and extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking.Preferred: Bachelor's in Occupational or Industrial Safety, Fire Protection, Risk Management; certifications such as ARM, ASP, CSP within 18 months.
