--- Manage and update CRM to track clients through the sales process
--- Commitment to attaining or exceeding monthly sales goals

Qualifications:

--- Active Florida Real Estate License or pursuing required
--- Minimum of 18 years of age
--- High School diploma or GED
--- Highly motivated and eager to learn, get better all the time (you are coachable)
--- Thrive in collaborative team culture while remaining self-motivated and resourceful (you like being part of a team but hold yourself accountable)
--- Comfortable making "the ask" and hearing "no"
--- Results-oriented and a stronger closer (you're committed to getting the job done)
--- Confident in oral communication skills over video (this means you can talk to people)
--- Unquestioned integrity and clarity around doing the right thing for our customers, your co-workers, and the company
