Sales Support Representative Responsibilities: Engage with customers to explain AT&T’s new wireless products Work with customers to process their sales orders and provide support in their decision making process Resolve customer inquiries efficiently by having an understanding of product knowledge and proactive problem-solving skills Identify customer needs and recommend tailored AT&T solutions, driving sales locally Collaborate with team members to increase skills and strategies Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving for positive resolutions.
