Job Description Job Description Salary: $28-$32 About the Role: Multicultural Alliance Health Care Solutions (MAHCS) is seeking an experienced and certified part timeTCM Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight to our team of Targeted Case Managers. This position is responsible for supervising targeted case managers, ensuring documentation and compliance standards are met,assisting in opening cases and obtaining prior authorizations, and helping case managers identify resources and support clients effectively. Key Responsibilities: Assign and monitor client caseloads for Targeted Case Managers. Provide support to case managers in the case opening process, including obtaining prior authorizations. Review and oversee case manager documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Medicaid and agency standards. Provide ongoing training, guidance, and resources to TCMs to support professional growth and enhance service delivery. Monitor the quality of care provided by TCMs and ensure adherence to agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Assist in maintaining active client files, ensuring timely updates, and ensuring closed cases are documented appropriately. Support the onboarding and mentoring of new case managers. Collaborate with the Clinical Director, Therapy, Psychiatric department, and Compliance Team on audits and quality assurance initiatives. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and supervisory check-ins as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager Supervisor (CBHCMS) REQUIRED Active Medicaid ID REQUIRED Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a human services field (e.g., counseling, social work, psychology, criminal justice, nursing, rehabilitation, education, health education). Minimum of 3 years experience providing behavioral health case management services. Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred. In-depth knowledge of Broward County resources available to individuals with mental health challenges. Must be familiar with Medicaid documentation and compliance standards for Targeted Case Management services. At least two years of professional experience working with children who have been or are at risk of being abused, neglected, or abandoned. Proficiency in using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR), preferably Lauris. Must be a Florida resident with a valid Florida drivers license and access to reliable transportation. Must have a reliable laptop/desktop and internet access to complete documentation. Bilingual (Haitian-Creole, Spanish, Portuguese) is a plus! Additional Requirements: Must pass a background check and drug screening. Valid CPR/BLS certification. Work Location: Broward County Must be able to travel locally for in-person client supervision and support when needed. Some remote work may be permitted based on performance and team needs.
